Let me just add... this forum software was written well before "SQL Injection" type attacks became popular. however, unless the pages make the calls to the DB, it is unlikely this is what happened. Best bet is that someone set a bot loose. The best way to verify is to have the host review the SQL logs, which will identify the event and user IP address instantly.
I still kinda suspect someone zigged when they should have zagged.

Everyone who have some basics in informatic know how to hack via SQL. It's pretty easy to find if it possible with some "code" and "request" The lamers (because it's a ****ty hack ^^) can control any accounts (admin and noobys). |
