Okay folks, so today concluded the victors of the winner's bracket. We had a great match up between Thunda and Destroyers with Destroyers coming out on top. We have finished the Winner's Bracket match ups with Team Velocity coming up with a tiebreaker "controversial" win over team Explosiv. What had happened was, the spec mod wasn't available to the new maps, and both teams could not agree on Nanoblack or Hydrosis, . So, it was assumed that Vertebrae was the 5th and final map. The first 5 minutes, a team member of Explosiv used the Impact Hammer, while another member left mid-match. Velocity finished them off with their 4 players against Explosiv's 3.... Regardless of the dilemma, Explosiv still has a chance to face Velocity in the Finals for the chip.... This is the break down of how things are planned. We have the Finals match set as the Best Of 5. With that said and done, Velocity has 0 losses under their belt. SO WHAT THIS MEANS IS THE WINNER OF THE LOSER'S bracket must beat Team Velocity for a total of 6 times. It will be a best of 11 because the Loser's Bracket will have to beat Team Velocity three times (twice)= total of 6 matches.. So since the finals was best of 5 (where the winner had to win 3 to claim a victory), we will double it to 6. That's what double elimination means. So please don't get that confused. Vedakid has not confirmed this but it makes perfect sense. Since 11 matches can be played total (if we go into overtime and teams have 5 wins a piece), it will be talked through by both teams to determine if any maps will be played more than once, or if it will be 11 different maps. To conclude to this, I would like to thank Vedakid for hosting yet another great tournament, and I wish everyone who is still in the tournament the best. Again, Team Explosiv can still redeem themselves by winning throughout the loser bracket... Stay tuned.... *EDIT: TEAM explosiv has a bye week on the loser's bracket and Velocity will wait until the loser's bracket is closed. We are waiting for Team Free Spirit to get their match underway. The winner of Bumrush's match and Destroyers WILL face Team Explosiv best of 5 in the loser's bracket final. The winner of that match will face Velocity in the best of 11.. Thanks for clearing that up. I forgot we had destroyers and the winner of bum's match against platinum.. So we have Free Spirit vs Platinum. That winner will face Team Destroyers in the loser bracket semi-finals. The winner of that match will face Team Explosiv in the loser bracket FINALS. That winner will FINALLY verse Team Velocity in the Championship best of 11 (which is the first team to 6 wins)... Technically it is two games best of 5... Maps have not been decided, but it will either be same maps played twice, or 11 diff maps (I know that is a stretch).. |

So wait if Velocity had 4 and explosiv had 3, wouldn't you stop the match for that 4th to come in instead of winning it? or am I misreading it as the guy came back in later?

| It was determined that Velocity won tiebreaker because Drone left the match voluntarily.. He didn't lag out. He quit because Tourmentor (his own team mate) was impact hammering the first 5 minutes of the match. If he had lagged out, then maybe they would be talking about redoing the map... That is not the case though... However, Explosiv is still in the hunt for a possible rematch against Velocity if they beat the winner of Free Spirit and Platinum. |

i swear, this turned out to be like the NBA or NFL draft or something not only do you have to think about how good the player is and if he will fit well into the team but also the drama he will bring: refusing to play, game enhancing drugs before the match, stolen 'new' used BMWs, sleeping with your teammates wife/gf, deadly weapons, well, that comes with the game. next time, vote Dorien_O 2012 for a drama free tournament.  ------------- Penetrating your defenses. If Tormentor wasn't going to acualy play Vertibray he should have left the game! Once Drone, WaR and Herbert realised that Tormentor wasn't going to acualy play, they all should have left the game and got it straightened out instead of continueing to play. Its not Veda's teams fault that Tourmentor is a dousche. Hell he was saying his team sucks while they were waiting to play Reflection even though everyone on his team is better then he is? lol Tormentor is always like that though so no one should really be supprised. Shame though, because those first 4 were some good games. @Feh - Hopefully 1 or 2 of those guys will accept and we can start your match vs. Free Spirit.
However, I haven't heard anything from bumrush. I sent him a message and he's not responding to me either. Feh, see if those guys will play for you and get back with me.
@Bum - We are at the end of the tourney no need to backout now. If possible could you set something up with Feh Tomorrow or Sunday?
@Drone - I talked with Tourmenter and he was really upset with himself for doing that. I say give him another chance he's a good player and I dont think he will do that to you again. If that happens again on any map with him we will allow you to redo the map. It was very unexpected being that we were in a tie breaker.
@Cake - Lets work on finding you a suitable replacement for bio. I talked with him and he's going to buy a 360 next. We lost Dorien and Kali the same way... so lets get you a suitable replacement before your next match :) ------------- |

yeah if seifers not of fehs team i guess ill take seif for my sub lol,

I never got my money from the last one anyway. phant if you win dont expect your pay..worm only one who received money while me u and hel got nothing. With that money i couldve bought MW3. i agree that everyone needs to just figure out what they want to do to get this moving again, like i said its at a bottle neck point.
as for fehs team, phantaci already said he would replace penguin, kali is back so i dont see why he wouldnt help continue but i guess ILL text him for feh and see whats up there. but what happend to gohan? fehs team was him peng kali seph and gohan, and i know seph is still active so why is there so much drama over whos on his team,,,,,, talk to people and sort it out.
as for bums team, im sure there are people who still want to play and finish so i dont see why this match cant happen or shouldnt. bums team was him bear tuna rican i dont remember his whoever was his sub. but i dont think there should be too much issue to have this match.
as for my team, im down to us 4 without a sub, i talkd to face to see if he would guest appear in the end of the tourny to replace my loss of bio and i believe he is a equil replace after the fact that he has lag issues and is extremely rusty and not even a for sure deal to play. my team mates have made alot of efforts and are ready to continue when we can.
