Hey guys!
I need a little help cause I'm no computer whiz >.< I have an Alienware desktop computer that I bought back in 2005 which I’m currently trying to sell, however im not sure how much it’s worth now. Please help!

Those are still nice machines.  Problem is that a higher performance machine can be had today for a relatively small sum of money.

I would check eBay to see if there are any comparable systems for sale to get an idea.

My guess is that machine could fetch only $300 to $400 U.S.

Problems... P4 runs hot and uses a ton of power.  It has a decent power supply though for that configuration.  Starved for memory at 1Gb.  Most of the newer, cheaper models ship with at least 4Gb.  Low resolution RGB monitor - no wide screen.

The best feature is the brand.  That era of Alienware is known for being a rock solid machine and is what made their claim to fame.  Not sure how donations work over there, but I would donate it to a charity or church over here and take the inflated tax write off.
