i wanna start editing my vids better like adding stuff and effects. anyone know sum good editing software

I use iMovie on our school's Mac Pro's. It's pretty strait forward.

Microsoft Movie maker is decent, if it works with your hardware. Some machines, including my PC, will cause the program unexpectedly lock up.
