Anyone with a 1080p TV have opinions on PSN movies in full hd vs cable on demand/ppv hd movies? I have Time Warner Cable. I am wondering which way of downloading HD movies is more popular and why?

but nothing looks better then 1080p blu-ray! i watched iron-man and on 1080p it looks like little fu.ckin toys. i mean the clearness is so good its bad! (hard 2 explain). but N.E way i have not yet seen a movie from the psn store.

that is all i needed to hear. i had a feeling there would be some loss in quality when downloading hd movies compared to bluray. definitely not having 7 dollar rental charges for sub bluray quality picture and sound

if you have 1080p ur almost better buying the actual movie itself.  I go to best buy and every week they have a blue on sale (9.99-19.99).  between best buy and amazon I"m fully stocked with bluray discs.  a recent discovery (recent only because they weren't doing it before) is blockbuster video.  they are now selling used bluray @ 2 for 25.  12.50 a pop plus a good selection is hard to beat.  the only caveat is they come in standard dvd covers but I just order empty cases for the ones I really want to keep and the rest I use as loaners to peeps that ask me to lend them a bd disc.
