is it normal that it takes me like 3000 minutes to upload a 10 minutes video?

Yes.. think of it like this..

Your "10 min" video is probably about 1.5 to 2.0 GB in file size. perhaps even larger if you rendered it in HD. Youtube needs to convert all those poor bytes from your video into a crappy youtube format.

Short said, if your file size was 300bytes. it would take 25 seconds to upload.

If its 1GB +. It will take for about 2 or 3 hours. at least, for me.
