I was just wondering who else has this on the PS3.  I started playing it yesterday and it seems pretty good.  Team Fortress 2 seems to be about as, if not more active than UT3.  Portal also seems to be quite decent.  I can't believe I never played it or TF2.. and maybe even Half-Life 2.  Anyhow, any thoughts about it/ the three games included?  Is Half-Life 2 worth diving into as well?  How in the world do I get past puzzle 13 in Portal?  Discuss.

Note: I might be wrong about the stage number.  All I know is it's got these two force field-like things I can't shoot the portals through and I have the "bounce" off the sections I actually can attach a portal to.  No matter how I do it, I just can't seem to "bounce" off this one section enough to where I go through the portal again so I can go through the raised force-field like thing.

Anyhow, last night I actually pulled it off.  I actually got my team a quick win as a spy.  I think I'm starting to get used to TF2.  I still suck though.  I mean, the most kills I've gotten before dying is 3, as an Engineer.

Anyways, I basically used my cloaking device and disguise ability to get inside their base, disguised as their Pyro. (They had two, I think.)  I'm taking it they were of an offensive group, so they all moved on to our control point why their Heavy stayed back.  In disguise, I waited for them all to leave and when I got the chance, I came up from behind their Heavy and stabbed him in the back, then sat on and took their control point for victory.  Kind of ironic, since I stabbed the same guy earlier disguised as a Scout.  He was also a Heavy then.

half-life 2 is definitely worth playing.. i heard the ps3 version was sort of a sloppy port but im sure the story is still in tact.. i would suggest beating the first half-life on pc as well.. as they are both great single player games

I apparently got Half-life 2, Episode one, and episode 2 all in one, along with Portal and Team Fortress 2.  I wonder though.  Does the 360/ PC version have more maps?  My biggest complaint about TF2 is it's lacks of maps (and health items).  Well, that and the fact everyone likes playing either Two Fort or Dust Bowl, with a dash of Hydro.  I have yet to play an active server set in one of the other three or four scenarios.  Everyone votes Two Fort and Dust Bowl, then they do it again.  Oh, and I hate how you can't change your vote.

Well, yeah.. lack of maps >>>>> changing your vote >>>> lack of health of items (Yes, I aware of the Medic, but half the time I got to be the Medic because everyone wants to be a either Pyro, Soldier, Spy, Engineer, Heavy, or Demo Man.  I swear.  There's always a class everyone wants to be.  The only classes I have not seen more than two of (usually including me) on my own team is the Sniper and Medic.)

PS3 port is slightly inferior to the 360 version, and vastly inferior to the pc, as is the 360 version as well. I have it, and it's a blast to play. Forum name and tag in sig if anyone wants to add me for TF2.

TF2 is one of the most under-rated games ever. It really doesnt get any better than a full server at 2Fort!

I finally figured out how to get past stage 15 (not 13).  I realized there was a reason for that extra area mid-way through the level.  The level with all the autoguns was fun.  I died a few times lol.  I'm on stage 18 right now.  Why did I have to "kill" the companion cube?  Why? Cry

Lol.. j/k..

I don't know about the under-rated part, but it's certainly more fun than you-tee-tree atm.  I'd totally agree with you if it had more maps though.  Actually, how many more maps does the PC version or 360 have?  Err.. I need to check for DLC.

Either way, I have to admit that it's more fun changing classes several times a match than running around with every gun in the level (san Redeemer) and not using them all too much, until I run out of ammo.  I actually use my full arsenal half the time, even I usually fail with the Spy's gun, the Soldier's shovel, and pretty much any melee weapon except the spy's knife.. and maybe the Demo Guy's beer bottle.  I think I've killed one or two people with it.  Also, it sure is fun seeing Soldiers/ Pyros/ Demo Guys get ripped apart by a Sentry's turrets or stabbed in the back by a spy much more clever than myself.. and other various ways.  It's like running around with the Flak and Rockets isn't the surefire way to get kills.

Man, this game (TF2) is still pretty fun.  I just won a long and drawn out 2Fort match as a Scout.  Then again, I think it was partially luck, since one of their players left, leaving them short-handed.  That and someone cleared out their two sentries before hand.  I don't think we deserved to win though, since we had four engineers at one point and two or more sentries most of the match.  Hell, we had one on the way in and two in open area near one of the respawn points.  The funny part is that I manage to not die once during either of those two runs or inbetween, despite dying repeatedly throughout the rest of the match.

Oh, I beat Portal Saturday.  I plan on taking on Half-Life sometime this week, unless I'm actually able to rent MAG.  I might get snowed in tomorrow though.  We got a big snowstorm about to hit us atm.

Oh, and fail spy is fail.  I failed at being a spy two or three times in the match, including trying to stab a sniper in the back while a demo guy and another player were behind me.  I somehow missed my mark and got owned, whilst the sniper survived.  To my defense, they kind of figured me out beforehand.  Damn, I suck as a spy.
