Hey guys just wanted to see how everyone is coming along, i cant put the damn game down, lol. Anyways aside that i was wanting to hear ur guys imput. Im ready to start racing and get some good games in with just friends. So i was wondering who would be up to say meeting me n my loung on a certain day at a certain time. We can set up a race and I will award the top 2 finishers a prize car each for their winnings. I just want some good racing and i guess maybe bribing might pull together a race. Anyways give me ur imputs. These cars will be nice cars, no junk. Thanks.

I had high hopes, and tried to like GT5, but I'm glad others are enjoying it. Just wanted to clarify a little so people didn't think I was being my usual self (bias).

I understand, everyone has their opinion. I thank alot of people expected more cause of the constant delays and the years it took them to build it. It took less time for NASA to figure out how to put a man on the moon regardless i love the game tho. It is the best GT to date, i have some things i can nit pick at but for the most part its pretty solid. So can i ask what made u dissapointed?

the load times are the only thing that really gets to me... everything else is so small i dont care, i think its the best GT to date as well... Bain & Lunchy add me lets race lol... and inc im in... even tho i've creeped ur GT profile and seen those ferraris lol nice rides, i'd still like to race on the weekends tho, be nice to start doing the online thing with it

Yeah I installed to my HD and only notice a slight reduction in load times. What sucks is I race a course then race it again immediately and it still has a loading delay. The last course raced should be in a memory cache or something.

Well i bought this game today and it's great! I don't see any diff. in graphics as with the prologue, maybe few tweaks here n there but still a great game.
I haven't played online yet.. All i need now iis; a 3D tv/Beamer, 3D Glassess, a ps3 Cam (already own a trustmaster Pro S/wheel) ..hehe ultimate simulating virtual reality :p |

I can race on the weekends or at night on weekday. I'll play, someone has to be in last. Still playing Reach so haven't put alot into this yet.

alright ima post a race up here n a day or two, me and wopr will be setting it up with details and rules and what regulations. stay tuned and trust me u dont wanna miss out. im tired of racing online with bs players and people going backwards and ****. so stay tuned, we will be giving cars away ranging from millions to the qt million dollar lamborghini. u dont wanna miss it. im looking for atleast qp players.

After my last comment (Complete-_-);
Well after a few days of playing i just got the feeling i'm playing GT4 all over.. It's not giving a race vibe like GRID or Dirt 2 does (it's realistic as ever though). It's not a RACE game (tracks seem quite empty etc), it's a Car Collecting game, pokemon for cars, car porn for autolovers, and it's the same with everything GT had so far (minus) online play. Nevertheless i keep playing hours n hours of it but i had much higher hopes on GT5 than it actually offers (other than car-porn). 6 years in the making and some minor improvement. (bet every delay was cuz they didn't knew how to implent 'stable' online gaming -_-). |
