so i would like to know your opinions...personally i feel as if UT3 requires more skill then COD...
in COD games all you really have to do is point and shoot... and in UT3 you do the same thing but with a twist..wall jumps...knowing when and what weapons to use... understand what i mean? |

lol i think EVERYONE here knows ut3 requires more skill than cod... by miles lol... CoD dont actualy require that much skill at all to even do well.. since people can just camp and do other nooby things to rack up kills... its real noob friendly.. and even to actually get good only takes a few weeks.. ut3 requires alot of skill to be just good... and that could take months...its not a question really xD

well i made this thread cuz there's a bunch of ppl that say that cod is the best fps and that it requires alot of skill to be beast at it and i was like -_- stupid people saying oh look at me i can quick scope...b**** i can NO SCOPE in ut3!

that is one of the main reasons that UT3 (PS3) was never really popular. the learning curve is too steep for most casual FPS gamers.

lol the people that say Cod requires the most skill are the players that have never played games like ut3/quake etc.. since arena style fps requires more skill than most if not all other fps likie CoD, resistance,, halo etc... since those games are mainly as u say point and shoot.. thats it.. while ut3 aiming is one of the things u gota be good at alonjg with the whole dodging, predicting, choosing the right weapon and much more.... and is a massive test of reactions and wit.... while CoFD is neasy to play and even pretty easy to be good at.... i know quite a few people who come into ut3... then leave straight away cos they kept dying or just dont like the futeristic style.. and leave before they realize its much better than the "realistic" fps they are used too lol..

i have friends that can go pretty positive in call of duty
and then when they play ut3 they can barely stay even vs some decent bots

UT3 without a doubt.... understand different guns, speed of the bullets, faster paced game, how to deal with vehicles,... how to headshot sMatt with pure perfection, it all takes time. Call of duty is pretty much the same gun no matter what u use. |

ut3 by far.. the learning curb in different modes, weapon use, dodging, wall jumps, boot jumps, vehicles.. every aspect takes more time to learn and more skill to play well

i think ut3 is a lot more skill but i think there are things in cod that take a good amount of skill. yeah sure u can sit in ffa and camp and do well, but when it comes to snd and quick scoping, ot takes a good deal of skill, practice/experience

of course UT3, it funny how noobs play from COD to UT3. you see them just on foot and start to hide behind walls like it would help. They assume that UT3 also have a view button for all weapons but naw. UT3 have the better weapons that require skill. predator missle is nothing compare to a redeemer.

who ever picked COD needs help.
when COD takes 1 week to get good at(might be even less)
when ut3 takes more than 8 or more months to get good at or decent lol come now.
they make COD type of games, so they can be easy to get use to and be good at them, so then next year they can play part 2 or 3. ut3 is funner and it lasted so long that this games went through part 1, 2, 3 and some ppl still rather play ut3. lol you will never find a game that matches ut3 fun and creativity. we try to this day to find a game that has just a reminder of ut3. you can find almost any type of online game that shots and plays like COD lol.
i paid $13 for ut3 and ive been playing it for a year non stop
i paid $60 for COD and i get hooked on it for a day or 2("might" be a week)and ill return back to ut3
sorry but those auto aim crap on COD is for noobs but the aim on ut3 is for pros only
