How long does it normally take for people to upload a clip? For me it's been instant in the past but I've tried uploading this napalm strike video and it doesn't appear on youtube :(
Any ideas?

Do you mean that games get laggier for a while until they're uploaded? That would make sense as I've been lagging loads since uploading!

If ur uploading whilst ur playing then yes it can - depending on file size, bandwidth, contention ratio and connection to server. Also if ur capturing as u play it will seemingly lag as what u see is delayed action (it takes a little longer to output). I use an amplified HDMI splitter so I can play on the TV whilst capturing on PC hence no more crappy analogue capture or laggy gaming whilst capturing. A 30 sec vid would be approx 11mb on my current settings, what file sizes r u guys uploading and how long roughly does it take?

I think he means using theater mode & uploading 30sec clips directly to Youtube without using a Capture card. For me it takes rougly a min or 2 on my connection
