I hear both Red and Blue Teams During the Match

I had this happen a number of times on the Clanwars_FTW server last night.  You would think that this is an advantage, but actually its annoying if both teams are talking a lot.  Any idea what causes this?

this usually only happens only when you first join.
you hear what the other team is saying,
but once you spawn, it stops

of course some time it carries on
and the fun starts.

yes i talk sh1te,
its fun, but i also do it when you are in my team, so it never behind anyone's back.

RIG, what do you think you are doing with that keg, other than dying.
R EST , i know it is you, say something, defend yourself.
