I just bought UT3 for PC and will be giving it a try. So far its at 5% at this moment and I won't be on untill tomorrow lol. Anyways if you have Stream, my stream username is InHuMaNe_KiLLa. My Username for PC will probably be the same if not taken. I'll still be mainly a PS3 player but want to have fun with PC :)

NONE? Really? Is there like in QL Typing Chat? If so thats still difficult while playing UT3! Lol anyways It's a hour away from being downloaded. I'll try it later I'm on vacation so I'll eventually get on :).

Not yet, for some reason during the night the download would pause itself and I had to restart it. So I think it paused again overnight, that's why it's not done. Says I have 3GB left and 1 hour left. Doubt that'll happen.. I'll be on the beach today so I'll be on tonight probably.

it may be easier to download it as a torrent file -- this is not illegal coz i actually own 2 copies of UT3 on PC and u are allowed to share UT3 files online - obviously .- you can have the product key if that helps - i only use 1 .

I use Ts3 (for WAR PUG) and Ventrilo (for BK.RT's clan match). I guess it's hard to discoverd a little hitboxes... ^^ But i wan.k my self about the shock combo's boxes --> To easy :)

Well I learned to not play a 16 against 16 bot match on Reflection LOL Just wanted to try it out EmbarrassedTongueLOL 
Haven't tried online and I've yet have to figure out how to change the hammer to translocator in CTF ^_^.

what are the computer requirements to have UT3? Would a normal laptop be sufficient being that UT3 it's already a couple years old?

I tried online and I lag a lot cuz I'm not in a room that has ethernet cable plug in and the internet sucks. So It's a little harder to play but I got use to it a little. Aiming for me is insanely hard for me LOL. I'll be online tonight, I added some players still have to add others.

Also I have this lag issue.. I Lag even on my own host, my own campaign, and my own instant action.. Can this problem be solved? I lag online as well in the same way but I could see that happening on a 100 Ping Server. The lag is always on my turns and when I try to aim it lags so much that I can't even shoot near people.. Please Help!

your a pc noob that doesnt sound like lag that sounds like frame drop problems most people will think its lag cause they dont know any better check your FPS and see what is a constant fps for you try turning down your settings to see if it plays smoother like me on my ps3 my framerate drops to like 10 in avalanche when im tryin to heal the side nodes it skips likes crazy i know its not lag the frame per sec just drops ridiculously

how good is your graphics card??? if its not good then the game f***s up or lags with turning and all that stuff

mine sucks so it's hard to play, im gna upgrade it

Well it doesnt suck outside of game its just in game everything else like the menus and stuff are hd

Thanks Crow I'll check that. I changed my Screen size to 1024x778 or something like that and my turns were much smoother than before and yeah I found out it wasn't lag LOL.. Gotta remember that it's a PC game not PS3 :)
 
EDIT: Also do any PS3 to PC players want to create a PC clan for fun? I know we all trying to be better, but I'm starting to get the feel for the game except for my aim is probaby the worst you'll ever see LOL EmbarrassedOuchTongueLOL

Well after spending 3 hours smoothing out my frame rate and playing, I didn't do too bad I just can't aim lol. I'll get better with practice but for now you'll see me shooting terrible. Met 2 guys as well named issis and Lakota56, ut3 veterans and told them to join iamgaming.com :). Anyways Nootsac if you could try to get me a list of custom maps for CTF, VCTF and Warfare that would be awesome! Actually i don't need warfare i'll get that off your server page. Thanks if you can! :)
 
EDIT: What is this Record Demo in Instant Action? I thought it was to record your playing in instant action so I clicked it then played the match but didn't find a Vid.. Im confused about itConfused I would like to post my terrible aiming against bots Cool

The demo recording feature doesn't create a video, it creates a .demo file in the My Games\UT3\UTGame\demos directory. There's a demo playback thing in the Community section of the menu. The demo recording works not only for Instant Action but also in online multiplayer. To start the demo recording online, either open the console and type 'demorec' or you can bind it to a key in the .ini files.

In order to create a video, you'll have to use something like FRAPS or xfire to record the footage while replaying the demo.

Inhumane make sure you mess around with your mouse sensitivity and ut3 ingame mouse sensitivity until you find your comfort zone. You probly should start at a lower sensitivity and slowly move it up until you feel comfortable with a higher one. Epic forums is the best spot to find custom maps for gametypes other than WAR. Make sure you stop by and check our MODS out too on the G O DUBB server!

Yeah my aiming improved after last nights games. sensitivity is at 1400 LOL. Ok I will check those.
