Lag Issues? Not Sure About This

Alright I was on the IAM duel server  ( PS3 ) today goofin off and I noticed some strange.....(not sure if this is common,
(I dont play online enough to know)

but when I would go to grab a weapon from the spawn it would be there, id run over, it would disappear but when I would go to take it out only weapons I had was enforcer and IH.

At one point this happened three times in a row,
(which was mad hectic because I was being ran down xD)

I figured that I was lagging and the weapons had already been grabbed it just wasnt showing for me but when I checked my ping it was like 20-60ish this happend atleast 5 times on 2 different occassions, so, is this normal or is there some sort of issue with the server? I mean its not that big a deal really, im just curious if these are server issues or lag issues and has this ever happened to you guys and gals?

its called weapon respawn its normal for a duel its used as a way of map control like the other day i was dueling someoen (not gunna name who) all they used was bio so after i killed him i would go by the bio and hed be there tryin to grab (waiting for it to spawn) it i used it against him

yes thats called weapon respawn... its not lag what ur experiencing its the glitch that came with the titan pack u see a weapon there but theres no weapon.

yeah basically its a glitch... that when u spawn every gun on the map is apparent, even the ones thats been taken. dont worry its normal lol
