I love the competition.  Scrims are to test strats, flag runs, setups, etc. Here is where we'll try maybe Sebstinct running flag instead of Shin, or Hulk hosting instead of Shin hosting, etc. These are practices for real matches and to get everything down to a science so when it comes match time we know exactly what to do, the routes to take, etc.  Matches are the real deal.  That's how Type Z practices and always has and it has faired us quite well in all honesty.

wtf are you talking about???  you play against friends or bots if you want to "try" things out.  or just play in pubs to mess around, your basicly saying there are no real matchs.

players here dont take pugs very seriously but the argument here is that pubs are from pugs and shouldnt be treated the same... pubs = random noobs.. pugs have only good players.. it makes sense to try in pugs... how are you meant to prepare/train for any clan or tourny games when those games are the only ones you try in?... unless you play tournaments and clan matches every day :/

Are you guys in clans or teams? Im trying to grasp why pugs are so serious for you. If you arent that may explain why. Pugs are the only chance you guys get to play quality opponents so you try really hard. That would make sense if thats the case.

Also, scrims =/= pugs.

Why are pugs and pubs different? Have you not been listening? I, as well as others including Type Z, treat them the same way. One usually has much better players but the atmosphere is the same. Its all in good fun. Pugs and pubs are equal to us. They are just random games for fun and practice.

Lol everyone has gone negative even on host, including the best players I've had the privelage of playing with and against. No sense in trying to flex your epeen with me. Been there done that and seen it all.

I was a top player in RTCW, CSX, Top 8 in Halo2, then I quit to finish college for 2 years, then came back to be a top player in Transformers WFC, Wolfenstein, Brink, QAA, Madden 12, and a couple of others I can't even remember right now. No one is missing a beat and certainly not anyone here is gonna walk all over us old school gamers lol. Lets settle down a bit. why do people always think if they are doing good in a match that "they" are the reason people quit out????   maybe he had other **** to do or went to eat??   curious if i was playing in a match with you hulk and i left mid game.....would it be because of you???? Hulk, I'd bet money Shind recorded our "pug fun love match" but when he went negative both games deleted the recordings.
