Take a look at the specs of the new computer I'm getting really soon!

  • CPU: AMD Phenomâ„¢II X4 925 Quad-Core CPU w/ HyperTransport Technology
  • HDD: Single Hard Drive (1TB (1TBx1) SATA-II 3.0Gb/s 16MB Cache 7200RPM HDD)
  • MOTHERBOARD: MSI 770-C45 AM3 770 Chipset DDR3 1666+/1333/1066 with PCIe slot SATA RAID MB w/GbLAN
  • MEMORY: 4GB (2GBx2) DDR3/1333MHz Dual Channel Memory [-12] (Corsair or Major Brand)
  • SOUND: HIGH DEFINITION ON-BOARD 7.1 AUDIO
  • VIDEO: ATI Radeon HD 5770 1GB DDR5 16X PCIe Video Card [DirectX 11 Support] [+35] (Major Brand Powered by ATI)
With Windows 7 64-Bit and a razer keyboard(don't need a mouse because I use a thumbball mouse to play games believe it or not)

This is all $880.00 without the monitor(I use a 26" Samsung PC monitor)  This is from www.cyberpowerpc.com , a place where you can get sweet deals off of customizing Hardcore computers.

With these specs, I'll be able to run Crysis Ultra High Settings at a steady 40 fps, and UT3 at 1900x1200 at max settings @ 100+ fps in open areas.

Pretty sweet deal, huh?

Very nice.  That vid card is great.  Im getting the 5890 when the budget allows.  Make sure your hard drive is a brand name (Seagate, Maxtor, WD, etc.) and you'll have a monster on your hands.

Also, don't be shy about adding memory.  Window 7 is a memory hog and your games will eat up even more.  If you can do 8Gb, go for it.  Windows 7 will recognize up to 24Gb of RAM.

i could build u much better for that price.. but when u buy from a place like that they probably throw in some tech support

just go to newegg and price it up.. i would swap out the cpu and gpu and use a smaller hard drive.

ill run a build thru there later if u want me to make a comparison. but of course its all pointless to buy parts if u cant put it together

Apparently you haven't done much PC gaming.  PC gaming is the **** if you choose the games you like.  The communities are much more friendlier and more competitive on PC.  Thats why I like it.

And DeadAim, I custom built my computer I have now and built it.  I ordered everything from Newegg.  They are great with prices.  I built this dual-core(I know my xfire says pentium 4 but thats another computer)with a 9500 GT 1gb and 4gb of RAM.  I also have a 500 GB hard drive, but my CPU is bad now for some reason, and I can't get any tech support for it.  Now it runs as bad as a Pentium 1 like the 90s.

I chose Cyberpowerpc because of the great reviews they have received + I'll have the money.
