Something wrong with my internet lol

yesterday i was traying some matchs on DM and TDM and some time did a say on a post, i have lag in the servers on DM TDM and CTF when before i didt have it, but on VCTF, War and Duel i dont have lag, almost a month ago i have allways ping up to 120 but now in some servers i have 200 or 300 of ping in the game types did i say, on my lap (wireless or not wireless) i download with 56kb/s (some times 120 to 176 kb/s that is the normal speed of download) ok, i say i have lag so i picked up the phone and i complained to the internet company about this, they check my internet status and they say: yes, you only have the 30% of the normal speed we will fix it for tomorrow. Thats why i had lag all this time when i didnt have it before on the servers like Mega (CTF) bananation, Fn_A, The empire and AdrenalinaRush. But guess what? i downloaded the Titan Pack  in only 1 hour yesterday (the last time, i downloaded  in 2 hours) so WTF???

yeahhhh DAFROG! we got a bad ISPs in mexico, is an standar, but, you can get better, but is $$$$$$ expensive.
