Since the headset I just got is a Bluetooth, I'll ask it here. How good is a Mad Catz Bluetooth? I got it for $30. My only other option was the $50 official PS3 headset, but I felt that it was a waste of money.
Edit: Also, how do you use a Blue Tooth headset? I mean, how do you attach it to your ear? Edit: I figured out how to wear it. |

Well, seeing how I have a Logitech USB headset as well, I'd say USB and I've used a USB since the PS2 (TS: FP and NFS: UG2 online days). My original mic was also Logitech, but with SOCOM's name on it. (The name wasn't actually on it, but it was officially considered a SOCOM mic.) I've never had a Bluetooth mic.

hey don't knock the Jabra Bain I have one too (it came with Warhawk). not sure if you do this but I have my ps shut down automatically in an hour, leave my stuff connected and turn the TV off. This way when I fire up my game I'm all charged and ready to go.

Ya, other people seemed pleased with their bluetooth headsets too. Perhaps, my old Plantronics is just outdated...

I used to use a BT headset but now that I have my over the ear plantronics gamecom 777's....I'll never go back to a BT headset. Headphones + mic in one package....gotta love it. Plus music and movies on an airplane makes everything else go away...I'm sure I look nerdy as hell but I don't care! lol!

Although I have both, I prefer using USB, since charging isn't an issue. For me, I think the voice quality on my USB is better...
