the lil birds are on the left side from where u encounter the king behemoth vs another beast,u´l find them in groups of 4 and 5 and u can kill them in 20 seconds.

as 4 weapons i´m only upgrading those u r usefull
4 light i´m waiting for the lion heart....but i have a flamberg lv 26 now
2 snow i have midnight sun wich is tier 2 from unsetting sun
and 4 fang i have gungnir wich is the tier 2 of gae bolg.
u have to look for the abilities in the weapons and develop those u really want

i had to move on to chapter 12,only final boss of chapter 11 missing,i had like 200 thousand cp and lv 4 maxed out,so i´m saving those for lv 5,did some side missions and i learned that collector catalog is a must have to upgrade ur weapons,thanks to that now i have 3 tier 2 weapons

yah its quite easy in general to gain cp in gran pulse.. either defeat a few weak enemies real quick and do it over and over again. or take out the bigger enemies.. will take longer each fight but u gain around double te cp compared to the weaker enemies.. so it dont matter how u gain cp cos its easy in pulse...

i was wondering... i highly doubt but... that massve monster that ate that adamantoise for breakfast... that a monster that is fightable in the game?..

lol,i like to kill easier monsters,i kill 5 birds in 20 seconds and win 3700 cp....then they respawn and i kill them again,king behemoth can still kill me sometimes,he´s one of the worst monsters on gran pulse....and dont even think of challenge an adamantoise!!!
now i´m doing some side missions to earn some good items,i have finished 2 major roles in lv4 with every character so my team is pretty solid now.
btw an tip i can give every1,lv up fang as synergist,she is the only one besides sahz that can learn haste wich is very usefull

lol on the 7th try.. pretty much the same as me... and thanks limp i used sentinal near enough all the time and that did help... he i sstill one hard mofo lol.... and wow mr pain u been doing alot of training haha... i know a good way to gain cp.. read it up and fund it on youtube.. you kill the behemoth king that is fighting that other big wolf thing right?... just over 6000 then u fight a pack of wolves and get about 3/4000... go to a save point... rinse and repeat right?... ive just reahed gran pulse and i aint strong enough to fight them yet... just fighting some of the weaker monsters and completeing the mark missions... then gonna go for the behemoths!... im now using fang/sazh/lightning... even though hope is a good ravager.. sazh is nearly as good... but is a much more useful synergist.. so i use him instead now...

I highly recomend having someone on Sentinel role ALL time against Raines, makes it much easyer to stay alive

oooh crap yeah ive had a shot against cid raines a few tmes now.. so hard near the end of the fight... and arghhhhhhh i had him on stagger... he must of had a few thousand hp left.. then he killed my leader.... sooooooooooooooo annoying -_- haha

Holy crap last night I beat Cid Raines.... Hardest Final Fantasy Mid Game boss since..Idk, Final Fantasy 7.

you can compare replayability though. And that easily goes to ut3

You can't compare them really... UT3 is a multiplayer game, while Final Fantasy is a Single player game.  They are both awesome games.

I'm currently stuck on the chapter 9 boss so i guess i will be doing alot of CP farming 2nyt :( lol

I just annihilated Ch. 9 boss...

I used Lightning/Sazh/Vanille.  I started off with Com/Syn/Medic, I had Sazh haste everyone quickly, then I went to Com/Rav/Rav and just totally killed everything in about 6 minutes.

5 Stars and 12000 CP.  Now I'm in the middle of a boring chapter 10.  -,-

yeah youve got everything right there.. and i do prefer snow as a character and would like him in.... but its uch more effort to level him up attribute wise.. and by getting all the magic which hope already has... i would just prefer to get acccessories for hope... im really starting to like this game... but one thing i do hate is the bloody summons.. whyyyyyy did they make em like transformers on this game... argh annoying
