Not sure what i was thinking. I may not follow Basketball but i do know 2 things and for some reason i didnt think of them when i filled my bracket out.

First, Ohio State no matter how good or even if their suppose to win ect, ect, will find a way to lose big games. It happens way to often in football i should have known it would happen here at some point.

Second, there are certain teams that will always be in the mix late in the bracket. They are pure basketball bred schools. While thats not always true most of the time it is when it comes to these teams. N.C, Duke, UConn, Kansas, and Kentucky. Theres prob a couple others but their the ones that i know of to always be there.

While my bracket wouldn't have changed much it would have been a little better if i followed those 2 things.

My gut instincts are falling apart!!! GRRR haha.. I have some big final 4 games happening tomorrow, kinda nervous.

i did better yesterday, 14 out of 16. didn't pick the two PAC10 teams to win and it cost me a perfect day. not a big fan of west coast basketball.

yeah, the person with the highest "possible points" actually has the best chance of winning. not the person with the highest "current points".

i think you're looking at possible points. that's the highest possible score that you can get with the teams you picked that are still in the tournament. so for example, if yours and qwests remaining picks are all correct you would beat him 184 to 179.

it's points. you picked ten correct in the round of 64 so far. that means you have ten points. today's games are worth one point also. saturday's and sunday's games are worth two points each. then next thursday's and friday's games are worth four points. next saturday's and sunday's are worth eight points. the semifinals, two weeks from saturday are worth 16 points and the final (if anyone is lucky to have any teams still playing) is worth 32 points.
