Btw.. here's to the BCS panel actually doing justice and saying TCU deserves a shot at the title more than Texas.. meh.. probably not, but a man can dream, can't he? I believe TCU deserves it more though. They might not of had as tough of a schedule, but Texas is surely going to get another shot next year? The year after? The year after that? Small colleges everywhere deserve some respect imo. After all, they've beaten several top 25 teams (past or present) and showed that Utah was probably overrated. |

After my Colts won, I saw two f***ing epic endings/ upsets. Man, that Oakland-Pittsburgh finish was crazy and so was the way Miami beat New England. I'm so glad that their division is still close. It's good for us and good to watch. I hope New England loses again and ends up missing the playoffs, but I doubt it.

and for the TCU issue, i dont think they would of survived the big twelve. i know we cant prove that, and they are a great team. but i honestly think the bcs is correct holding the system the way they have it. TCU and the others should play bigger games outside of their conference. there would be no arguing when TCU beat teams like ohio state, texas or the bigger schools from the SEC. but this isnt happening so the bcs has to favor teams in the bigger conferences, its as simple as that..

Well, it's still messed up. How are teams like TCU going to get any respect when teams the bigger teams are too afraid to lose to them? I heard that TCU was trying to get a game with several larger schools set up (in a future season), but they were apparently too scared to face them. I think they either need to make the penalties for losing to smaller less severe or make more of the larger schools face them.

I'm just going to give up on trying to stop this **** now. I should of known that trying to get you two to stop is pointless.
In other news, New Orleans is still unbeaten. I'm hoping for Arizona to beat Minnesota and.. are you serious? San Fran and Seattle are still all tied up, with the exact same amount of points they had at the end of the first half. Also, so much for yet another upset for Upset Sunday. The Cleveland Steamers might of taken an earlier lead, but it's been almost all San Diego since then. Also, Dallas is down by four, with the football at the New York side. I wonder if they going to score. |
