Dallas has way more problems then just a head coach. The entire team has no pride in themselves and the team they play for. So at this point it doesn't matter who's there coach, it won't change anything. Yes a coach is suppose to keep his players in check and informed the best he can, but it the players job to preform on the field. The coach isn't out there missing tackles and blowing coverages. The players all. All this was, was something to make the Dallas fans fell better. Like something was being done. the problem wasn't that Wade was a bad coach in the fact that he didn't know football. He was just a bad coach for the team. What i mean is he was to laid back and to much of a players coach, and not tough enough. He didn't demand that the same things be perfected by his players. They are to set on making a big play and being flashy that they forget to do the little things right, and take that 4 yard gain they could of had instead of doin something stupid and now only gainning 1 yard. Tony Dungy said prob the best comment i've heard so far since the head coach firing talk began. He said i've never seen a team do better with a headcoach change in the middle of the season. Did they need a coaching change, yes. Could it have waited till later, maybe. They need someone that will be strick and demand their attention, just like Parcels did when he came. So on what hopefully will be a good thing with the change now is if Garrett is goin to be the head coach for next year. The team will now have a half year jump on learning his style and what he expects. Now if they get rid of him at the end of the year then this was a dumb move, cause now the have to start all over yet again. Until the team changes this is a bandaid covering a bullet hole.

 

So i'm not reading over that so hopefully i made sense and ansered the question. 

Well i'm a real Dallas fan & i didnt sell out...I picked Green Bay too win cuz Dallas didnt show up @ home against Jacksonville so why n da hell would they do it @ Green Bay?  I knew aslong as Wade was the coach this year this same $h!t would keep happening...You know why?  Cause he doesnt show any emotion & he doesnt hold his players accountable.

My thoughts are it's about F'n time Wade Phillips got the hell outta dodge...I'm tired of seein his fat face lookin confused after each loss this season...He's too SOFT & it shows with the team this year..Doesnt seem like anyone is ANGRY or PI$$ED OFF about the way they've played this season.

 

I'm not too excited about Jason Garret takin over cuz he gives up on the RUN too quickly...He wants too get too CUTE with play callin & try these dumb trick plays...Instead of using Barber, Jones & Choice too his advantage...

 

All i have too look foward too now is Dallas having a Top 5 Pick in the NFL Draft & hoping John Gruden will be the next coach in Dallas..

I would of worn a Dallas jersey & stabbed as many ugly cheeseheads as i could before i was arrested...I'm not gonna waste my time signin on this site playin in this league if i'm not here trying too WIN IT...It's really that simple.

This season is a waste anyway?  They're not goin too the playoffs...  So why not start evaluating talent & start figuring out who's gonna stay & who's gonna go...Startin from the front office, to the coaching staff, to the players...

How are you gonna teach players the system when they checked out mentally?  Sundays reflect what they were taught & what they practiced during the week..It's obvious Wade & Garret werent gettin the point across...Garret's time will be up soon.

If i Camped just right i would of atleast hit an UNSTOPPABLE before gettin dragged out...
