i think mw3 is going to pull the plug on ut3's life support and ive heard alot of people say they will b done with it when they start playing mw3. i for 1 know that after this ctf tourny finishes and i pick up mw3 i will be gone for the most part. ive seen it die on 360 and ps3 has had its ups and downs tho i think its only going down from here.
thoughts?

Could be, on the other hand, people said that UT3 would completely die out when BO came out, soo..

dead but on life support, you dont what dead is till you look at 360. 
search for match and find no servers in all game modes and the 2 that are, are being hosted from a false console server.. thats like beating a dead horse man, really bad. lol

Everyone will play MW3 and people will pop ut3 in the summer for the hell of it, thats the cycle for 20 some odd people. Until all the servers are gone, then it will be like 360 and then there might be like 1 or two people in instant action re creating "scenes" with Jester and Akasha.

MW3 maps are def more fast paced, if i didnt work id still be on there in my boxers shouting at 12 year olds to stop clipping. Only played domination so far, gonna give the other modes a go after work. def worth the money if your a COD fan. Hype factory still going strong son!

MW2, R2, KZ2, MAG, BOPs, KZ3, R3, BF2, BF3 were all going to kill UT3 also but it's stil here. It may be dead from a MW point of view but it's such a unique game that there will always be players playing it. Maybe only 10 or 20 but it won't completely die.

you cant kill something that is already dead.. thats why ut3 never "dies" because the population has been a few dozen for years now.. thats essentially already dead.. but since everyone is use to the small community it doesnt fullly "die".

 
for example.. quake 1 on pc has been dead for 10+ years if not more.. but people still play it.. just because a few dozen people still play it doesnt mean the game isnt dead.

as said before.. ut3 is actually good... so of course they would.. i think if given the choice of only buying either a new UT or a new cod every year everyone would go for UT... because we all know ut > cod lol
