From time to time we all get a little burned out on a particular game (ut3) so we go through our game library and pick a game that strikes your mood, like burnout paradise. Does anyone have this game? I know this game has gotten a lot of bad reviews but I think its still a fun game, especially racing in multiplayer. If any of you have it, dust it off and join me!

For those who still think "Naaaah, this game is dumb" READ THIS!! A
break down of things you can do in multiplayer mode, things that I
think is fun!! just imagine this with some friends in the same server!
Online, everyone has free access to Paradise City and most just roam around, the host is the one who sets up challenges, races or fun other stuff. Here are some challenges you can do online. Stunt Run: Players are given a target score. They must earn points towards that score by using boosts, jumps, drifts and other such stunt moves, all the while trying to keep their combo alive by not letting a timer count down (or crashing, the timer is extended whenever a stunt move is executed) Everyone has a certain amount of points in order to win this challenge. The best stunt run is having everyone do 10 successful jumps in the "Air Field" which is an open space with nothing but ramps. Nothing like having 10 cars in an open field doing jumps, almost like some kid playing with his Hot Wheels! Its a blast with strangers, but the time I did it with Switch I was damn near on the floor laughing. Marked Man: Basically an online version of "Tag you're it" but with cars! One person is randomly selected to be the marked man, and is "it" and the other people need to do a take down on him, which is crashing his car. The trick is that the marked man can NOT see where the other cars are but the other cars can see him, so if you are chosen you need to dodge, boost and take lots of corners all without crashing for a certain amount of time, (I think a minute and half ) or being taken down by another driver. The cars you get all have different qualities, some are fast and have crap boost, some are slow but have good boost, some are medium fast and is strong (which means easy to take down people and not easy to be taken down) So give it a try, if not.. well screw you LOL jk, the real test is to see if Bain likes it since I told him to go get it (if it was cheap) |

This game is really fun but be aware that you will have to download seven updates before you can start playing. Allow 1 -2 hours to do this.

You can go online with cars and bikes! Although there is much more to do with cars! Freeburn challenges, timed challenges,races, marked man, or just drive around like idiots! My fav about the game is to 'meat' up at the Airfield then turn on marked man, its kinda like turning on the kitchen light...

Its different to GT, thats for the purists. Burnout is a lot of fun, as Lunchy said ^^ its a mixture of online races and challenges. Depending on your party you can have 2,3,4 up to 8 player challenges in the open mode or join races. Its worth getting if you can find it for around $10-$25... and seeing as cokkenballs got it for $17... I'd say get it :)
