Kingdome Hearts

I don't think we got any word on KH3 yet and we still got another day or two of E3..  Maybe, it will surface then.  As for the next KH to come out, if you didn't see my post in the E3 thread, it will be out in North America Sept. 29 ..  I can't wait for it.. even though I spoiled it for myself..  Yeah.. I guess I kind of fail at being a true fan.

Oh, and from what I've saw (Days' cutscenes) and played(KH1, Re: CoM, and KH2), I consider KH1 the best and maybe.. (I haven't spoiled it all.. after all) Days could be second.  If not, then it would be Re: CoM.

[rant]Besides KH, I'm not much of a RPG fan, but even I am really annoyed how KH2 strays too far from the tree. (The storyline sucks.. the gameplay is repetive (XXXXXXXXX *reaction command* XXXX *insert spell.. if you feel like "mixing it up"* XXXXXXXXX).. and it feels more like an Action/ Adventure game than what it's supposed to be..)  Yes, I know that we "x" a lot in all the games, but unlike KH1 and the others, KH2 seems to put less emphisis on the magic and specials (What?   Oh yeah.. they weren't there.  They replaced by Limits... ugh..  Specials > Limits/ Drives/ Reaction Commands (though I'd no problem with these if half of them had more point than making the realitively easy fight even easier..))[/rant]

My point is that KH2 is a fairly good game to, but it's not a good KH game and ranks at the very bottom of the four made so far. (I'm counting Days, since it is out..  Coded would count, but only a few episodes of it are out.. so it's not fully out, in some respect..  Days is a FULL game and it's out.. in Japan..)

Oh, and as for Birth By Sleep, I sure hope that Days being down and Coded being somewhat out will help get it back on track, though it's supposed to be out early next year and by Summer/ Fall next year.. if not sooner.. but seeing how they've been falling behind deadline, I wouldn't be surprised if it gets pushed back to the timeframe I just mentioned..  Square is definitely working their asses off..  It's just working on multiple games at the same time can cause issues and for all we know, even though KH3 hasn't been announced, they're probably already working on it, if not already 15% or so down..

Finally.. my favorite character is Saix, followed by Roxas, Xion, Xaldin, and Riku.. then the rest..  Playing the through Days entirely might change it though..

my friend is crazy about KH lol.. the only reason he will buy a ps3 is when the new KH is released.

Oh, and deeper storyline?  Is it just me or did KH2's storyline's depth lag behind the other games?  Oh, and as for character development, most of the remaining Organization members' character development failed.  From what I heard, the CoM cast (especially in Re: CoM's case) and even Axel's character development was a lot better, while the following clearly needed more: Saix, Luxord, Xigbar, Demyx, Axel, and maybe even Xemnas..  I might even say Roxas..  I'm glad that Days might finally fix that, but there's so much more that could of been done in KH2.

As for the overall storyline, I honestly think that there wasn't much depth.  Sure, worlds' plots seemed to be deeper, but the overall one suffered.  What are we doing again?  Oh yeah.. looking Mickey and Riku, whilst occasionally running into Org. members and of course.. more often.. Heartless bosses and disney villians..  Beyond that, the meaning fell on it's face.  In KH1, there WAS a driving force and it was not only his friends (Kairi and Riku.. along with Mickey, I guess..), but saving his new friends via sealing all the keyholes and stopping the darkness.  Then, there was the Princesses of Heart and a few other things.  There was so much more of a point to visit the other worlds than KH2 and it could of been done better.  Even a few of the worlds had it wrong.. I mean.. we never even found out who got to the lamp, among other random things (like the nobodies in Hades' chamber).  Oh, and btw.. I personally think the random Organization member freeing Jafar was just an excuse to fight him.  There was too much storyline that felt like it was rushed or incomplete and the bad part is that most of it was the overall storyline.

Oh, and wtf happened to the trinities, extra bosses (like Kurt Ziza), and specials again?  lol..  I can understand the dalmations' case, but not the trinities?  All I got to say is sure, Sephiroth was a good better (maybe not good as in KH1), but I'm kind of annoyed that we didn't get more optional bosses. (I don't count the extra cups.. except say.. the Gold and Platinum matches in KH1...  That's what I'm referring to.. them (includes Sephiroth), Kurt Ziza, and Phantom were KH1's extras..)

Also, it was the 1000 Heartless battle, Edge..  Nobodies aren't as common as heartless..

Anyways, sorry for my recent rant, but that's my opinion..

Storyline-wise: KH: CoM (maybe.. I need to finish Re: CoM first, but it does seem deeper..) > KH1 >>>>> KH2

No, that's what makes Kingdom Hearts Kingdom Hearts, lol! Sadly, i've only played the first one, but it grew on me. Interesting mix of FF and Disney characters. It was also probably the only Real time action RPG that i truly enjoyed (Besides Fallout 3 and Oblivion)

its all about roxas especially when he had the oblivion key blade he was a monster.

yeah dat 1,000 heartless was real fun and when i finally beat sephiroth i was happy has hell..lol.. then the final battle was great sora's combo on xemnas and when they were deflecting those blades awesome yo.
