I'm a Bills fan, but for a short time yesterday, I was a JETS fan. They really looked good. How can you not like Rex Ryan? He's going to bring back the smack talk. It's good for the game.

If you are in a FF league that doesn't subtract for INT's, Romo is great QB. Even if you are not, he's still a serviceable low-end #1 QB.

You have to stick with your team, even when they make crappy moves. Romo ain't that bad. There are many teams who have a worse situation. Cleveland, Carolina, Minnesota, Oakland, Miami, Buffalo, San Francisco, St Louis etc. . .

Lol.. Mark Bulger.. Ouch

My Rams haven't been doing all too good lately, haven't they?  And you wonder why I don't bother with rooting for my home state teams anymore, besides Mizzou.  Also, I bet St. Louis is feeling bad about trading Kurt now.  Look at him, not all too long after he got traded (Okay, maybe a couple years..) and suddenly, he's Super Bowl QB all over again. (even if Arizona lost)

well I sort of didn't pick him, he ended up on my team and Drew Brees was taken Wink  Besides I think the most overrated belongs to Ryan Leaf IMO...  Kenny "the Snake" Stabler has more interceptions than TD's in his career and I do believe he led his team to a Super Bowl win ClapClapClap

Since we've been talking about him for a bit..

http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/blog/shutdown_corner/post/Tony-Dorsett-rips-into-Tony-Romo-for-some-reason?urn=nfl,191853

Any opinions about the article?

I wasn't going to post it, but seeing how we've been talking about Romo recently, I thought it'd be nice to add here.

Alternately, you could also speak your mind on how things are going to go this week?  Are my colts going down (to the Cards) this week?  Can somebody score a TD on the Jets defense?  Who's getting the W first, Tennessee or Jacksonville? (or who will be the next team(s) that will leave the winless bracket/)

Romo isnt as bad as everyone says...There's alot worse Quarterbacks out there...He's still young & hasnt been starting for that long now...Usually it takes time too become a legit Qb in the NFL...If he's that bad then how n da hell is he 3rd on the ALL-Time quarterback pa$$er rating list?  Also it's not always the Qb's fault...Recievers & the offensive line have alot too do with it.

I'm not sayin he's the best but god damn he's far from the worst...WTF are the Cowboyz gonna do....Release him & start John Kitna LMAO...He couldnt get it done in Detroit & he sure as hell wont be the answer in big D!    He's thrown for more Td's then he's thrown interceptions...He's actually has the 3rd best pa**er rating or pa**ing efficiency in NFL history...So he's atleast doin something right.  I just think it's too early too give up on him...After watching every Bears game for the past 19 years i wouldnt toss him under the bus just yet.

well obv they are stuck with them, but imo they should find another or pick a high end #1 pick in the draft. i dont think the6 will be successful with him there. i dont know, hes good then terrible, just to up and down for me..

Tony Romo is a good quarterback when he's not under any pressure and when his line does good.  But I do think that both Felix Jones and Marion Barber will end up going to the pro bowl.

That sounds kind of like several opinions about Vanderjagt or however you spell his name.  Before and around the time he left the Colts, I heard several opinion about how he's great when there's no pressure, but when a game depends on it or better yet, a very important game, he's liable to f*** up and miss the field goal.  However, ever since getting Vinatieri (I suck at spelling their names btw.), I'm not sure of what to think.  Sometimes, he makes me think we should kept Vanderjagt.  I wonder what team has him now.

one day hes like the best in the league, but then some days he throws way to many pa**es in tight coverage, doesnt know when to get rid of the ball or just over throws way to much. just not consistant enough for me. i like qbs like flaco, he was my #1 draft choice =]

Some of his best plays happen when he's scrambling in the pocket..What makes him a bigger threat at Qb then most is his option to scramble or pa$$...Defenses have a harder time preparing against multiple option Qb's then one dimensional.  He just needs too become more CONSISTANT & have less brain farts or trying too do too much.  If he would take what the defense would give him he'd be a beast.  Another thing that hurts him is his recievers....They dont really have a #1 reciever.  I think Roy Williams would be alot better if they had a deep threat on the opposite side of him.    I agree wit Envy tho he has too many ups & downs.

Wow, Indiana's better than I thought they were.  They may of not beaten Michigan (In fact, they lost by 3.), but they gave them a lot better run for their money than I expected.  Wtf!  Is IU starting to surpa** Purdue in football now?  Damn it!  Also, I think Notre Dame's going to win tonight, if Purdue plays like they've been playing.  I mean, I got an idea just who Oregon is (I wonder who kicked (#6) California's a** today btw..), but Northern Illinois?  Oh, and who's this Toledo team they beat?  Okay, maybe I'm being more critical of one of my main teams, but still.

I heard Missouri won their game btw..  I'm also waiting for their Top 25 reinstatement.

I just looked it up again, Oregon beat California 42-3.  At least, USC didn't get held to a field goal by an unranked team. (though this might put Oregon back on there)
