It's the same link as the current one you are using. I wrote over the file. You just need to remove it, update, add it, update. Your browser may have cached the image size, so hold "shift" when you click refresh after you are done. I only took 5 pixels off the height.

Done. Just delete the image from your sig and update your profile. Add it back and it shouldn't scroll any more.
