When my slim ps3 got messed up, I tried this video, and it worked:


But this isn't the same problem as you have tho... But if anyone else has this problem, definitely check this one out. Worked for me.
Works only with the older ps3 slims - 120 gb

I have a shop here in Uithoorn in which you can fix the YLOD for nothing more then 50 euro.

Seems like a better option then using all those bull**** thermal paste videos which probably only fix it temporarly.

Aren't you studying in Amsterdam? Uithoorn is about 45 minutes away.
