edit: I also don't know where doing youtube got associated with living with your mother....considering 6 figures a year is made by the most successful, with most youtubers openly admitting to it being their only income and live well with 50k views a video.

Youtube money is pretty good. If you find yourself a niche you can make a tonne of bank. I have to admit im a bit jealous of someone who finds an audience in youtube and can do what they love simply by making videos and vlogs. Gaming channels in particular do very well. If UT3 took off and became a hit on console Im sure a bunch of people on here could get sponsorships and start live streams, but sadly only COD, happy wheels, scary games and league of legends generate high views and alot of those channels have a livestream setup for Twitch which also brings in money. However, good resume or not everything still takes work, youtube is even harder because of the amount of people trying to jump on the bandwagon, if you do it you better have a personality people can associate with. If you are a twat I suggest reading those textbooks ;)
