death, i'm not an expert but i can help you a bit on your comment... you are right in a way, but here is the thing;
-It depends on how big a big tv is.... A tv over 46 inches (which in your case 55 > 46) you will notice video lag from source -> input/output... -if the person has something like an HD LCD tv, and it is smaller than 46 inches, they would look for something called a contrast ratio... for video games i would recommend anything >8000:1 dynamic, with a fast response time of something UNDER 5 ms (milliseconds). Finding a TV with a true 12000:1 dynamic contrast will not give you the delay.. 1080i and 1080p and all of those resolutions you see aren't your main concern.. yes, 1080p > 1080i, but a 1080i tv with a 12,000:1 true contrast is better for VIDEO GAMES in terms of response time than a 1080p with only 8,000:1 true contrast.. |

2 million to 1? jesus man.. well i honestly don't understand what makes you that much worse on it... unless your refresh rate isn't up to par with such a drastic contrast lmao.. if helscream was on the forums he might have some crazy suggestion and i don't think putting the tv on game mode has anything to do with it... i keep my settings on movie mode without messing with the brightness and i play fine with keyboard.. i use an old track ball mouse.. i don't mess with laser dot mice with 202909303 million DPI.. i can care less about dots per square inches.. i put that thing away anyways because my skills were diminishing from playing controller for uncharted 3 so much.. hope you figure your problem out.. playing on that big @ s s tv must be wicked for ut3

no no no... i don't use the keyboard anymore because uncharted doesn't have keyboard support... i was getting horrible with kb mouse because i had to keep switching back to controller and used controller more (because i was playing uncharted 3 so much).. ever since penguin rican and villn owned me in ctf like a few months ago i have been using the controller haha.. i'm still garbage though with my controller.. i need to get back into ut3 =( |
