captains need to get in a voice chat and begin negotiations until a settlement is reached.

Alright we'll add Tourmenter and Gohansoul to the pool and continue from drone's pick.  From the remaining players we'll form another team to play from the loser's bracket.  They will have the same previlage as everyone else and also be eligible for all prizes.  That way everyone gets to play and we can continue without doing a redraft. Cool?

Sinkhole and Incinerator-LE for sure.  There will be one more custom but that'll be decided before we start the tourney :)
