List of Games like Unreal(PC):

Quake1 - Good Duel game
Quake2 - has tons of games going on, especially CTF and TDM
Quake3 - Still has some DM games going, and some TDM/CTF pugs at irc.quakenet.org #uscpmapickup
Quake4 - Few players but dedicated community, especially to CTF

Nexuiz - Haven't played much but it is somewhat alive, but has major FPS issues.  Has CTF games, though.
Painkiller - Best game I've ever touched.  Too bad its dead.  Duel is only played now.
Warsow - Like Quake 3, but with cell shaded graphics and faster game play.  Has CTF.

Unreal Tournament (1999, GOTY) - Probably best game ever released, too bad I never got into it.  Has TDM, CTF, and iCTF pugs all the time.  CTF is huge in this game
Unreal Tournament 2004 - My most played game ever, but DM, TDM, and CTF is dead.  iCTF games aren't hard to find, though.
