Thumbs Up overall for me PS3 has the edge.  I prefer the exclusives on PS3 as in UT3 was supposed to be (thats why i swapped) also Drakes fortune, LBP and KZ3 r better than Halo and Gears. RROD and YLOD had them both but even now my PS3 is quieter than my 360. Xbox live is cool tho and DL are much quicker than PS3 with its constant updates....and hacking ...dont lets go there! Its close but PS3 for me cos its more versatile and better value for money a well as the games!

i think micro soft is a great company Trinity.. i always buy every system eventually anyway though.. ima grab a xbox kinect, and try it out soon.. gotta get my dance on :)

Hmmm.  After walking through the set-up and playing a few maps in Black Ops I'm missing my PS3 and frankly, my clan.

The xbox is lightning fast compared to the PS3.  In BO, the graphics rendered faster and cleaner.  The match making system was much faster and the game play was much smoother.  There were also nearly 500k players online compared the the whopping ZERO on PSN.

With just a cursory review, I find the xbox extremely limited compared to the PS3, which of course "does everything".  I'm hoping that Sony recreates a great network for their great system.  Their old network was horrible to begin with, let alone not secure.

I'll give this xbox to my kids with a handful of kinect games when PSN comes back online.  For now, I'll just get my cheap thrills while we wait.

Now that I'm not pissed off, I realize the damage is already done and I'm unwilling to abandon a great system like the PS3.
