Thanks to Sony, i'm so happy now because :
-I Got a YLOD. (programmed obsolescence (invented at the Fordism time)) -I can't re-install Linux on my Ps3. -You loose all my password from my different accounts. -You loose my credit card numbers. -Someone in the world had acces to every picture, vidéos, text etc... on my ps3. -You do not have enough transparency to your customers and you lie. -I can't do anything i want on a ps3 payed... Peoples of iAMGAMING !!! You don't care about Trade Policy from Sony ? Perhaps we can do a Open letter in order to give our opinion. Draggy |

So how hard is it to find out the security code? Would they do something like that with a brute forced method? They have plenty accounts to throw some guesses if they got to that information |

For Visa, the security code is three digits. So you have a 1/999 chance of getting it right just by randomly picking a number. If you had more than 999 card details, you're guaranteed to be able to use at least one, just by trying the same security code with all of them. I would hope trying multiple security codes on a single card would set off some security flags, so brute force wouldn't work. But maybe it would work if you spaced out attempts on each card, so you're trying a different code on each card only once a week or something. |

AMEX is four digits. Plus if you see any unauthorized charges on your card just report them. You're not liable if reported within a timely manner.

Do you think they will re-activate the PSN or are they actually buildiing a new one, like PSN2 ?
I wonder if we have to create new accounts, not because I'd lose trophies, I don't give a fk about them but because then I'd make some accounts really quick before the names are taken again. :D
