I understand how BO and NFS got in there. They are the hottest games out there right now and SPIKE wants to attract the most viewers possible. It's just that there are probably other less publicized games that have been out for several months in 2010 that deserve attention. I say we all boycott this show. (Sorry JP, didn't mean to pee on your thread. It was a good idea.)

LOL nice Pin, yeah I don't understand how BO got so many nominations but I guess they are pretty specific on making sure they get all the games made before 12/31/2010. All of your lists suck by the way, no mentions of RDR.. that game needs to win some awards!
Why do you want Polyphony Digital (GT5) to win Studio of the year? The studio that kept moving back the game release how many times? |

How BO got nomintated at all should be the question. I am so disappointed that $60 went into this garbage. For all the problems that MW2 has, MW2 is miles better than this cheap looking shooter. Servers suck, party system broken, connections are garbage, respawn system is broken, a huge spamfest, no skill needed to shoot, weapon options are lame, etc., etc., etc. BO is by far the most overhyped peice of crap this generation.

how do black ops and nfs get nominated? they've only been out a few weeks or days. they should be on next years list and let some game that's been out most of this year have a chance.

Cant believe heavy rain got a few mentions... i must be one of the few ppl that thought that game was just weird lol.
And FFXIII shoulda got mentioned for best graphics, game was amazing.

I would hope GOW III would win game of the year, I think that game/franchise deserves it! Not only that but I see GOWIII taking a lot of these categories!
I was happy to see a lot of Red Dead Redemption and I'm hoping it wins the best graphics category. Best DLC, a tough match up IMO between Borderlands vs Red Dead but I see Borderlands getting this one Lastly, I voted for Bioshock:Infinite as the most anticipated game. Make sure you guys vote, I've been seeing a lot of people enter in Mortal Kombat. |
