wait that picture is what you refer to as proof? how can you prove thats background radiation left over from the big bang?

even scientist bicker with eachother, barely anything in the world of science is universally accepted, with so called scholars being on completely opposite sides of the spectrum of the arguement.
 
believing everything you read in a science book is no better or diffrent then believing whats in the bible. you are still going on something you cant prove yourself, and most scientific experiments are such small scaled and involve so many assumptions you have to be kidding me if you consider stuff like that unrefutable.
 
but imo science can exist with christianity.. neither disproves the other.. i find it funny though that scifi atheists will believe in aliens that we have no proof exists.. but laugh at the thought of god existing.

Do a little research on your own account. I extensively look at both sides of the argument and decide which one I agree with. In this case all the evidence in EVERY area of science points away from God. Trust me, I've read the bible multiple times, it's actually one of the main reasons that caused me not to believe. I've also read many articles posted by so called religious scholars and none of them have impressed me. Do me a favor and know the facts about what you are arguing against. You are arguing from ignorance, just like a true christian.

so only 16% of the population are non believers.. that means 84% believes in religion..
 
if you compare it religion vs religion the numbers are still big.. but if you compare it to atheists vs believers its a landslide by your own statistics.
 
84% of 6.3 billion is 5,292,000,000 people that believe in something.

Did you even watch the video? Free will and the "soul" have been refuted by neuroscience because they have never been demonstrated in the properties of the brain. Cognition is completely different from "free will."

Also, if God possesses the ability to wipe out all evil, then why call him God? He's certainly not a benevolent God if he allows such evil to thrive, he's basically an all powerful malevolent douche-bag.

Like Paw said its called faith. Science will always try to disprove or have some logical explanation to things they don't understand. Like that video Paw posted about speaking in tongues science can't explain it. It is one of things you have to experience for yourself to fully understand.
