Because most people don't feel like wasting their time cheating their way in?  I honestly don't give a ****.  I could be in the top 500 at least, if I wanted to, but instead of playing just vehicle modes or in a locked room, I often risk 100 or so ranks per match, by going into a Duel room and subsequently getting my ass handed to me several times before leaving.  Hell, I could even argue that I hardly ever play at my peak and generally am more prone to messing around and killing myself on purpose than actually trying.

Compared to most games (like even MAG), UT3 is dead, but I don't really care about it.  That was probably Paw's most likely argument about why you reaching #1 is a ****ty/ pointless goal.

Who the hell wants to waste time in locked server cheating into the top 100? Who really gives a rats a$$ about stats that you can cheat to get into the top? I always played UT3 for fun and to hang out with my friends/clan. But you can't even do that without being a team stacker. Whiny B!tches ruined the game. No killed it. I never play online anymore I just play with my kids the cry less than the big babies online when I beat them. this thread is is no longer even about idiot of the day. It has become the mikey/fatalatee who's the bigger moron thread. IMO!
ur right i shouldnt have played with this guy's mine...i stopped and he says even more things but yea i should just drop all of this...sry i Fu.cked up this thread and that thing i just quoted about mikey im going to drop it and leave it alone...sry to every1 else.

No offense, but I think he has a point.  #1 on a broken leaderboard, on a dead game.

I think the game's still kicking enough to warrant some of my attention, but it's still nowhere near as active as other games.  Just so you know, I've heard people (on MAG) saying that MAG is dying awhile back and it had far more people than this game at the time, than when we were saying UT3 was dying.

you can't say your the #1 player for real.. someone can cheat their way to the top of the leaderboards, or they can be the best.. unfortunately you chose the easiest way out.. that's what he meant by sh!tty goals.. you can't claim your number 1 on UT3 when you haven't participated in any of the tournaments and you only play for stats. you kinda wasted your time there buddy..
