There were so many threads all over the place I thought it might be handy to have one clear thread for discussion.

Short recap:

Tournament dates: July 11-12 (a weekend)
Team slots: 6 - 8 (sign-up information and confirmed teams in above thread)
Setup: 4v4 CTF
Maps: Undecided
Entry Fee: None. But a 25$ 'insurance' deposit; your money will be returned if you show up and play
Prizes specified in above thread.

Free agents are players who are interested in playing but without team. Post to get your name on the list, or contact said players if you want to get a team together.


As you can see the maps have not been decided yet, and it is open to discussion, so... discuss :P

Personally I feel there should be a healthy mix of stock maps and custom maps - as long as the custom maps are actually up to par. Myself, I like CTF-Razor for example, but there's only a handfull players who have already played this map.

Other than that I'd like to see an actual time of matches/roster lock date announced within the coming period, so we could fine tune our rosters, but I'm sure that'll come soon enough.

I'd be interested in playing if a team needs to fill a slot. PSN = bain61.

Unless someone cooks them in a way that they work on PC hosted dedicated servers.. I guess not

I agree with tuna on the map list. i don't care what customs so whatever is fine. Let me know and il DL them.

What about only customs. I've played too much times the basic maps. Every1 know it perfectly.
Put an only customs maps. similar as the customs maps night in warfare (PC).

The map is good but i just think it relies to much on boots and makes teams play 3 on D with 1 running (Who ever has the boots.....) Who got EK_Trendy? i thought you guys had a 4-man team...... you're totally right. spoon would be a giant camp/spam fest especially if it's a tournament match. we might need to pass on spamdog

i guess im going to haft to go get a usb memorystick so i can download the maps. i hope my 250 gig ps3 will hold them all? dam i liked getting kicked out of those dam campfests everytime spoondog was voted. now i haft to quitout myself after a couple of games.
