Yikes! Unreal stalker!

Crikey, let's try and redeem myself here.

Hello.

I found this site while Googling my username on another forum (r2uan) to try and find and old post, and stumbled across a result saying "Yikes! Unreal stalker!". Sort of figured what it was about before clicking it.

Firstly, apologies to "princessbev". I really did not mean to cause the distress I caused.

and otherwise, just to clear my name. I am not a mad raving pervert. I had no intentions of tracking her personally down to **** / kill her or any of that silly nonsense. It was simply a nice gesture in my mind, that backfired terribly and caused a bit of comotion. Yes, on reflection, I probably shouldn't have done it, and I can see what it was misconstrued. "princessbev" helped me out on getting used to the UT3 game online, and said she wanted flowers in return for the help, and I'm an eccentric kind of chap, so that's what she got.

Wouldn't it be a better world if things like this could happen without instantly being branded as a pervert who wants to get his end away?

I'm sure I'll recieve a shed load of abuse for signing up here and trying to clear up the mess I made, but so long as you all know why, and so long as "princessbev" knows why, that's all I care about.

I don't agree with you, modelhyp ... the guy didn't realize what an impact real flowers might have on someone he didn't really know.

 

His explanation seems sincere, and I think he had his lesson. There is no need to add more.

 

He doesn't seem to have the profile of the classic "video game stalker", so leave him alone

I'm guessing so, they have had a couple of new styles since that one. Flowers are in the post.
