once again go on the attack instead of addressing the issue of your clan playing on our tag and still holding on to being members of a ckc that you are no longer a part of. tx your right in the statement that two weeks ago i would not let it go. i was not going to be ousted behind my back and those that had a problem with it left the team due to my unwillingness to leave based on principle. The rest (including you) followed. After that and getting you off our threads i could care less any longer, but when i see someone using our clan tag when you are not supposed to i will speak up. As far as your last post tx you are a liar, as i have stated numerous times i have never spoken to you and really have no idea who you are except from playing you as davidtx back in the day. as well you only know what you have been told so you of course you are biased, but it was a nice try and totally fabricated, once again to clarify had i been aware of any of this i would have left but since i was not you had to leave end of story,

Well I guess it comes down to two people's word against each other. I can only go by what I witnessed and I sat by many a nights (trust me...we played *a lot*) and listened to the matches and banter and personallly heard nothing otherwise NOR was I ever told not to wear the tag. In fact, I was added as a friend by many of you with my tag which is implicit approval of not just me but the person who "recruited" me...Triphop. Likewise, you were not part of most of the matches I witnessed so you have no idea what we saw. So why do you cling to the fact that what little bit you know is the gospel? Have an open mind and accept the fact that you guys had as much part of this as we did. This will never be resolved..I know that. You know that. For all we know there was a second shooter on the gra**y knoll... That being said...I still say that Switch and Migz should leave behind the tag of a clan to which they KNOW they no longer belong.

Nice try but your logic is faulty. In this case I am being upfront and honest with people by letting him and others know he is not part of ckc and shouldn't be wearing the tag. Unlike with Triphop and I where we were "allowed" to wear the tag for months with no word as to us not being members otherwise. Migz knows he is not part of the team yet still chooses to have the tag on his avatar. Switch knows he is not part of the team yet still chooses to wear the tag in game. |

Your right. No one has an actual copyright here and it is his choice. However, given what has gone on and the fact they they have supposedly moved on as a united family I find it to be comical that he still wants to rock the ckc tag in his avatar. |

Even though I agree with you (to an extent), you do got to agree that it just sounds right and I'm sure they could redo the avy, but it's Migz's decision not to change it, not yours. If you don't want non-ckc'ers using your tag then get a copyright. |
