I'll be checking this one somewhere this or next week.
If Trinity is correct than its great to have a nice storyline rather than having SFX Orgasms in your face 'till the movie's done (like Transformer movies).
I've heard they did the same with Cowboys & Aliens, where they actually did something storywise to fit in the theme (as many ppl wouldnt expect a great plot due to its "funny" title) same as with the Apes they have focussed on the story and character developing rather than having the SFX keeping the movie on its feet.. (yet from what i understaind (talking bout the apes) the sfx are Oscar worthy..hmm) cant wait (for both..)

This movie was very well made.
Alot of poeple will only like the cool special effects and graphics, but the film is a lot more then that. (i honestly thought the CGI looked kinda bad but thats my opinion) Really great story, solid acting and whats most impressive is that they were able to make a good character driven plot around a fictional ape. This was played by the same dude as golem in LOTR, and king kong in the recent movie. He is the best at that kind of work

It was out in UK last week. I saw it then and enjoyed it. Good storyline - lots of ethical issues - action is a little slow but well executed when it arrives. Im not a fan of CG unless its well delivered, CG in ROTA was passable didnt really spoil the movie. Worth watching imo, a worthy prequel but again imo the planet of the apes is a better movie. Go see!

It came out in US August 5th. I seen it. It is a very good film!!
also on the comedy side. THE CHANGE UP is funniest movie in theaters.
