Borderlands

hmm I came back to this game again and enjoy it :P its fun to mod my own guns to show to people and have them start asking me for them and how to do it XD

If the online was still on I would power level you. But yea, what ^this guy said. I make my own mods now that I know how to do it. I got guns with over 5mil damage but it gets boring using those. I like to torture my enemies. I got modded guns, shields, grenades, and droppable skill points.

lol xerxes and me finished the campaign in a day once when his game glitched and he could teleport anywhere he wanted to.. that made us level/trophy pretty fast :x (or were there even trophies back then?)

I personally loved B-lands and have never heard anyone who has played it say anything negative about it. It is a blast by yourself and even better if you can round up a friend or two to play with you. I would maybe suggest a rental on it though. If you like it, the Game of the Year edition that came out in October comes with all of the DLC as well.

Yeah, I thought the patch would do the same, but noooope! The area that usually gives me luck is 2, 3 and 4.

Thanks for your detailed reply!!  I'm going to get cracking on this when I get off of work later today...I was getting seriously frustrated trying to find more of those damn pizzas!  I thought that the patch was going to increase the claptraps dropping more bobbleheads, pizzas, etc.  Thanks again.

I have all the achievements now except the one that requires the pizzas but I've only found 4 or 5 of those...do any of you know the best place to get the pizza slices?  I'm currently at the Hyperion Dump...

The borderlands patch came in yesterday, so if anyone has this game, you can now level up to 69!

What I am referring to JP is like how, Brood War was an expansion to Starcraft 1. And as Lords of Desutrction was a expansion for Diablo 2. Im talking about a seperate product that you can buy on a disc or download that runs about 30 dollars. And adds abunch of **** that would be about 1/3 of the size of the original.

What Gearbox should have done is.....they should have made a full blown expansion. Dr. Zed and the Zombie island was cool, but a bit short. Mad Moxxi was honestly boreing and way repititve, and stupid hard as well. You would have stupid **** like, rocket launchers do extra damage, everything else is reduced. Combined with Headshots do extra damage, body shots to like 1% damage. And since a rocket launcher cannot crit, well you get the idea.

General Knoxx was damn good, but some area's felt dry and vacant. I dont have the Claptrap Revolution simply because my ass is broke. But they could have added a few DLC, that added ontop of the existing content from the original. And then later on released a full blown expansion. Because the original content from the disc itself was overall better quality.

Dont get me wrong, Borderlands is like Diablo with guns, so f***ing addicting. The art style is unique, and the game is full of hilarious moments. But I guess what I am saying is, I really wished the DLC was on par with the quality of the original. And i dont mean it terms of amount of content, just polish and detail.

Well i got BLS kinda late and i have Zombie Island and General Knoxx. Ive played through Zombie Island but i'm waithing to get through a second play through. Then play Knoxx. So maybe since i still have the best one to play yet i'll hold off on the Clap. I'm sure i'll change my mind 3 or 4 times til this weekend so we'll see.

It was fun just not as fulfilling as General Knoxx's Armory. I think everyone is waiting to play thru a second time until the patch comes out and we can level up.
