I don't think that will solve the problem.
You should try and tweak your ini basicaly your X/Y/Z Axis..
You should check this forum, the topic there isn't really related to -YOUR- 360 turn problem, but it could help you with settings and stuff.. (yet i don't understaind why you want to play with a controller anyway.. its not the same envoirement as with UT3, and you'll be having a difficult task in proper aim 'n turn. Mk/b is faster and more accurate and mastering mk/b (w,s,a,d instead of arrows) isnt hard and would take you not more than a few games)

So i made the jump from UT99 (pc) to UT3 (ps3) after 10 years.. now ppl are running back to it.
NLA* 4 life :D
Arg where is this world getting at :O
 
As said before;
Check #mlig for daily IG pugs and #tdmpickups / #mlut for Regular Weapon pugs.

just click the unreal folder. it will automatically tell you that you need to unzip it (most newer systems anyways) click save and then it will give you the game, pretty simple Feh, i have faith in you, just concentrate

lol yeah feh xD download winzip or any other software like it... then open winzip.. drag the ut99 zip file into it... click on unzip.. itll ask u where u wanna save it... just put it wherever you want.. aftre u done that.. then find the .exe file k :)

the file is a ".zip" file noob so use WinZip or something to unzip it and ull be able to access the files...

look in your downloads, find the file, look for the exe. file within that folder, you should be set
