I actually need help, lol

Aight, I bought a game off of the psn store, but I forgot to add funds first. The transaction went through surprisngly, and when i realized what had happened, I added funds on impulse equal the game i just downloaded thinking it'd subtract it from my wallet later. Well, it's still there. What I wanna know is, how was I able to download that $10 game with no $ in my wallet, what do I do if I want the 10 that i put in there refunded?

if you have a credit card, or debit card on file , it automatically keeps it on tabs, so youll see the bill on the bank statement / credit card statement, or you got lucky and got the game for free since PSN was f***ed for a minute
